Lindsay Dreyer is the Principal Broker and owner of Reverie Residential and a New Hampshire native with more than two decades of experience in residential real estate.

She began her career in 2004 in the fast-paced Washington, DC market, where she built her business through referrals, smart marketing, and expert execution. During her time there, she helped clients buy and sell more than $1B in real estate and led a boutique brokerage known for its thoughtful, relationship-first approach.

Even after 16 years in DC, New Hampshire always felt like home. In 2017, Lindsay moved back to Peterborough with her family and continued running Reverie while re-establishing deep roots in the Monadnock Region.

Today, she works directly with buyers and sellers across Southern New Hampshire while leading Reverie Residential. Clients appreciate her calm presence, clear advice, and low-drama process. She’s known for being straightforward, well-prepared, and highly strategic. Exactly the kind of person you want guiding a big financial decision.

In addition to representing clients, Lindsay brings the perspective of a real estate investor and landlord. She owns multifamily properties, manages long-term rentals, and operates an Airbnb, giving her practical insight into the numbers and realities of property ownership.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find her snowshoeing local trails, camping with her family, heading to a yoga class, or gathering friends around a good meal. She lives in Peterborough with her husband Andrew and their three kids, and cares deeply about helping people build lives they genuinely enjoy.
