Build a life that feels like yours.
The right home. The right town. The right season of life.
After helping clients buy and sell more than $1 billion in real estate, I've learned that the best moves aren't about square footage. They're about creating a life you'll love living.
MEET LINDSAY
I’m a New Hampshire native who knows what it means to come home.
I grew up in New Hampshire, and like many people, I left to build a career and discover what life might look like somewhere else. That journey eventually took me to Washington, DC, where I spent more than two decades building one of the region's most respected independent real estate brokerages and helping clients buy and sell more than $1 billion in real estate.
Looking back, I'm grateful for every chapter of that career. It taught me how to negotiate complex deals, guide clients through high-stakes decisions, and navigate markets that demanded both strategy and composure. But more than anything, it taught me that buying or selling a home is rarely just about the home itself.
After years of helping people through major life transitions, I found myself asking many of the same questions my clients were asking. What kind of life did I want my family to have? Where did I want to spend my time? What mattered enough to build a life around? Those questions eventually led me back to New Hampshire in 2017—not because I had to return, but because I wanted to.
Coming home gave me a new perspective on the work I had been doing all along. I realized that the clients I enjoyed serving most weren't simply looking for another property. They were searching for a place that reflected the life they wanted to create. Sometimes that meant leaving a city for a quieter pace. Sometimes it meant finding a home where grandchildren could gather every summer. Sometimes it meant making room for a new business, a growing family, or a long-held dream.
That realization shapes the way I work today.
I believe experience matters. Strategy matters. Negotiation matters. After more than twenty-two years in this profession, I know how to price a home, structure a competitive offer, solve difficult problems, and protect my clients' interests. But I also believe there are parts of a move that can't be measured in spreadsheets or market reports.
The town matters just as much as the house. The rhythm of daily life matters. The people you'll know, the roads you'll drive, the coffee shop you'll visit every Saturday morning, and the feeling you have when you pull into your driveway after a long day—all of those things become part of your life in ways that are difficult to appreciate until you've lived them.
That's why my approach has always been about more than real estate.
My job is to help you make one of life's biggest decisions with confidence. I'll bring decades of experience, honest advice, and a deep knowledge of New Hampshire to the process. Just as importantly, I'll take the time to understand the life you're trying to build, because I believe the best real estate decisions begin there.

REAL ESTATE
New Hampshire is not just one place. It's many different lives, waiting to be lived.
People relocating here often assume New Hampshire is relatively uniform. But the New Hampshire that feels perfect for one family can feel entirely wrong for another.
Some people are convinced they want a lake house and discover they're happier in a walkable village. Others think they want to be close to everything and end up choosing acreage and privacy. The differences between New Hampshire communities aren't always visible on a map. They're felt in everyday life.
After more than two decades in real estate, we've come to a few conclusions.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe people rarely move because they need another bathroom.
We believe homes matter because the lives lived inside them matter.
We believe every town has a personality, and finding the right community can be just as important as finding the right house.
We believe the best real estate decisions happen when strategy and intuition work together.
And we believe buying or selling a home is rarely just a financial decision. It's often a decision about how you want to spend your days.
These beliefs shape every recommendation we make, every property we represent, and every client relationship we build.
Every client comes with a specific kind of move in mind.
WHO WE WORK WITH
Relocating to New Hampshire
Whether you're arriving from Boston, New York, Washington, or somewhere farther away, navigating a move to New Hampshire involves more than finding a property. We help clients understand the communities, lifestyle, and practical realities that shape everyday life here.
Distinctive Homes & Properties
From historic farmhouses and village homes to waterfront retreats and properties with acreage, some homes require a more thoughtful approach to marketing, positioning, and representation.
Lifestyle-Driven Moves
Sometimes the goal isn't simply a different house. It's a different pace, a stronger sense of community, closer access to nature, or a home that better reflects how you want to live.
Sellers Entering a New Chapter
Selling a home can be both a financial and personal decision. We help sellers navigate the process with thoughtful strategy, clear communication, and respect for what the property has meant along the way.
WHERE WE WORK
A map can tell you where a town is. It can't tell you what it feels like to live there.
That's where experience helps.
